PLUMS AND MIRABELLES

Our plum and mirabelle trees are predominantly produced and sold as one-year-old grafted trees on the vigorous myrobalan rootstock.

This combination has proven successful for the production of fruit for processing and distilling.

Since the one-year-old plants are usually 3 to 4 meters tall, every fruit grower or private individual can freely choose their desired trunk height by pruning it individually, depending on their intended use.

We also graft mirabelle trees onto medium-vigorous rootstocks (655/2 and Weiwa) with branching at 60 to 70 cm to keep the tree smaller.

This is advantageous for the production of table fruit for the fruit market or private households.
