In terms of taste, one of the best pear varieties for commercial cultivation and home gardens.
Moderately vigorous growth with a pyramidal crown. Somewhat later onset of yield.
Large, squat, bulbous pear with mostly smooth skin and some rust spots.
Cream-colored flesh, fine, juicy and melting. Sweet and sour, and delicately spiced.
