Fruit:
Small to medium-sized reddish-yellow apple with dark red stripes or solid red patches. The flesh is yellowish-white, fine-grained, juicy, and highly aromatic. High in vitamin C.
Tree:
Broadly spherical, moderately vigorous, dense crown with well-branched main limbs. Wood somewhat susceptible to frost.
Yield:
Early onset, but varies annually (alternating pattern). Overall, medium-high.
Susceptibility:
Treatment for scab and powdery mildew. Susceptible to canker in damp locations.
Ripening time:
Mid-September, very long storage life
Recommendation:
A delicious dessert fruit. Only suitable for warm, dry locations. Ideal for orchards and home gardens.
