Medium-sized, medium-tall, with a bulbous stem, ribbed, deep wide calyx basin, long stem, yellow-green base color with up to 90% purplish-red flamed overcolor, frosted, slightly rough
Quality:
Medium-firm, cream-colored flesh, crisp, fine-grained, juicy
Taste:
aromatic, sour
Yield:
Very high, consistent yields. Highly resistant to blossom frost.
Recommendation:
Resistant to scab and fire blight, only slightly susceptible to powdery mildew, due to its very favorable sugar-acid ratio an excellent apple also for the juice industry
