DESTILLING, INDUSTRIAL & FERRERO CHERRIES

All cherry trees grafted onto seedling rootstock are produced and sold as two-year-old plants with a trunk height of 1.4 to 1.5 meters. At this height, the mostly flat, premature side shoots begin to develop. Other trunk heights are available upon request.

The cherry trees are grafted at a height of 1.2 meters. The respective scion variety begins only at this height. This has the advantage that the trunk consists of the very robust wild cherry selection Àlkavo or Limburger.

Tree losses due to frost or mechanical damage are therefore very rare.

We also have one-year-old and two-year-old plants grafted onto Colt rootstock.
